How long has your studio been in business?

We have been serving the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon and surrounding communities since 1981.

When do you offer classes?

Our classes are held on weekday evenings.

What clothes and shoes does my child need for class?

Female students need a solid-colored leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes, and, if needed, black jazz shoes. Male students need a white t-shirt, black leggings or tights, black ballet shoes, black tap shoes, and, if needed, black jazz shoes.

How old is too old to start dancing?

There’s no such thing as too old to dance!

How young is too young to start dancing?

We find that students have the most enjoyable and successful experience if they are at least 3 years old and fully potty-trained before starting dance class.

Do you accept male students?

Absolutely! Our boys even get a 50% discount on tuition if they take ballet.

Do you hold recitals?

Yes, we have an annual recital each June. Participation is not mandatory, but our students love it!

Do you participate in competitions?

No. We encourage students to do their best at every class so they can reach their own personal goals.

What is your inclement weather policy?

When Edwardsville School District 7 cancels school or dismisses early due to weather, dance classes are canceled also. For confirmation on this matter, check the studio Facebook page or call Rena at 618-558-5678.

What happens if my child has to miss a class?

All missed lessons may be made up. Check with your instructor regarding a makeup schedule. Absences are not refundable or deductible. The expenses of the studio continue in your child’s absence.

Do you teach couples dancing (swing, ballroom, etc.)?

We teach limited ballroom dance upon request for private lessons.

Do you help people prepare dances for a wedding?

We love to meet with couples in preparation for a wedding. Please contact us for details!
