Riley Bukovac began dancing at Rena’s Dance Unlimited at the age of three. She participated in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, hip-hop, and pointe. During that time she danced with the Mouvement Dance Theatre for multiple seasons and got the privilege of performing as Odette in the ballet of Swan Lake her senior year in high school. She also completed her Grade I through Grade VI Cecchetti exams. She obtained a scholarship from the Cecchetti Council of America’s International Summer School in Michigan. Riley was given the opportunity to dance for the Big Muddy’s Elevate Student Project, performing pieces by Erin Prange, the executive director, as well as taking master classes with Geoff Alexander. 

Riley is currently attending Southern Illinois University studying to obtain a degree in Nursing. Rena’s Dance Unlimited will always hold a special place in her heart as it brought her so many opportunities. She is thrilled to be teaching with the knowledge that she has developed throughout her dancing career.
